To make the adjustment, locate the knob and carriage bolt located on one side of the lower handle and remove it. Put the bolt and knob back together and make sure everything is secured tightly. Arrange the hole on the opposite side of the handle with the same positioning hole, and then secure it with the knob and bolt.
